Plant in Juarez
Established in 2015, 1st Mexico plant is located in Juarez,Mexico, which is on the border between the United States and Mexico, adjacent to Texas.
The superior geographical location of the plant also helps us provide efficient support in logistics, product development and after-sales service.
In 2019, 1st Mexico plant had moved to the new position with an area of around 20000 square meters.
At present, we are equipped with 11 large blow molding machines and 2 injection molding machines.We have an independent mold workshop, and are equipped with a full set of CNC equipment and high-precision CNC machine tools.
Our excellent technical and management team brings advanced mold R&D technology to Mexico to provide high-quality services for local enterprises.
Plant in Saltillo
2nd Mexico plant is located in Saltillo, the capital of Coahuila state, Mexico, adjacent to the Mexican industrial city of Monterrey.The factory is 40 minutes' drive from Monterrey. The industrial zone has a large number of world leading companies such as Whirlpool, Magna, ABB and GM. The factory has an independent factory area, with a total area of about 26000 square meters and a building area of about 9000 square meters. Power 2000kVA transformer, equipped with 6 independent outlets, complete supporting facilities such as factory nurses, canteens and security guards. A 5T traveling crane has been installed in the blow molding machine area.
At present, the factory has started formal operation, and the planned number of employees is about 70, including 4 permanent Chinese personnel.
During the establishment of the factory, the Coahuila
government attached great importance to and supported it, and gave preferential tax rates such as land use tax, real estate tax and so on.
